These are text files that are stored on your computer and that allow an analysis of the use of the website by you. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. Google Analytics cookies are stored based on Art. 6 (1) (f) DSGVO.

IP anonymization We have activated the IP anonymization feature on this website. Your IP address will be shortened by Google within the European Union or other parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area prior to transmission to the United States. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address sent to a Google server in the US and shortened there. Google will use this information on behalf of the operator of this website to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity, and to provide other services regarding website activity and Internet usage for the website operator. Use of the Google Tag Manager (GTM)

We also use the GTM, with which various website tags can be managed via a graphical interface. This is a service provided by Google that accepts tags from other services (e.g. Google Analytics) in order to manage or correlate them. The GTM does not set any cookies and does not collect any personal data. However, the GTM is able to trigger events so that tags managed in the GTM can in turn collect data. If tracking has been deactivated, this also applies to all tracking tags that are managed with the Google Tag Manager. More information about the Google Tag Manager can be found under the following link: https://www.google.com/analytics/terms/tag-manager/

Cloudflare
In order to safeguard this website and optimise loading times, Cloudflare is used as a CDN (content delivery network). As a result, all queries are managed by their servers and consolidated into statistics that cannot be deactivated. According to their own information, the raw data collected in this way will generally be deleted within 4 hours, and at the latest after 3 days. Further information on the data they collect (https://blog.cloudflare.com/what-cloudflare-logs/), as well as on Cloudflare’s security and data protection, can be found here (https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/).

What data is stored by Cloudflare?

Cloudflare generally only forwards those data that are controlled by website operators. The content is therefore not determined by Cloudflare, but always by the website operator itself. In most cases, Cloudflare receives data such as contact information, IP addresses, security fingerprints, DNS log data and performance data for websites derived from browser activity. Log data helps Cloudflare to detect new threats, for example. In this way, Cloudflare can ensure a high level of security protection for our website. Cloudflare processes this data as part of the services in compliance with the German Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO).

How long and where is the data stored?

Cloudflare stores your information mainly in the USA and the European Economic Area. Cloudflare may transfer and access the information described above from around the world. We have concluded a corresponding order processing agreement with Cloudflare based on the DSGVO.

How can data be deleted or data storage prevented?

Generally, Cloudflare stores data for less than 24 hours. All data that Cloudflare collects (temporary or permanent) is cleansed of all personal data (such as IP addresses). All permanent logs are also anonymised by Cloudflare. However, if IP addresses trigger security alerts at Cloudflare, there may be exceptions to the storage period listed above. You can find out exactly which permanent logs are stored at https://developers.cloudflare.com/1.1.1.1/privacy/public-dns-resolver#cloudflares-commitment-to-privacy-1111-public-dns-resolver. Further information on the data collected can be found at https://blog.cloudflare.com/what-cloudflare-logs/, as well as at https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/.

You can completely prevent Cloudflare from collecting and processing your data by deactivating the execution of script code in your browser or by installing a script blocker in your browser.
